Über uns

We are SBIT – a modern IT service provider with around 60 talented people and a strong focus on Managed & Professional Services. We build cloud solutions, networks and security concepts that deliver measurable business value.

For you, working in our Cloud team means designing, building and running solutions based on Microsoft 365 and Azure – with a strong hands-on focus. You’ll take ownership in customer projects, work in a remote-first environment, receive support from experienced colleagues and continuously develop your technical expertise. Less travel, more impact in a Professional Services environment.

Your mission

  • Shape the cloud instead of just managing it:
You design, implement and operate modern Microsoft 365 and Azure environments – from identity management with Entra ID and Teams and SharePoint integration to security and compliance baselines.
  • Plan and deliver migrations:
Whether it’s Exchange On-Premises to Exchange Online, hybrid environments or structured cutover projects, you support both planning and implementation and actively contribute your technical expertise.
  • Modernize device management:
Using Intune, Autopilot and clearly defined policies, you create standardized and automated client environments. You use PowerShell pragmatically to handle recurring tasks efficiently.
  • Implement security fundamentals properly:
From MFA rollouts and Conditional Access policies to baseline hardening, you make sure security is built in from the start.
  • Dive deep into technical challenges:
Whether during assessments, technical workshops or providing 3rd-level support, you analyze root causes, resolve complex issues and develop sustainable solutions.

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training or a university degree in IT or a related field
  • At least three years of hands-on experience in Microsoft cloud environments (Azure/Microsoft 365)
  • Good knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intune and Microsoft 365
  • Confident working with PowerShell
  • Solid understanding of security and compliance fundamentals
  • German language skills at C1 level and good English skills
  • Ideally, experience with Azure Landing Zones, hybrid environments (e.g. AD Connect), an automation mindset, or exposure to EDR/XDR/SIEM technologies

Why us?

  • Remote-first & minimal travel:
Working from home is part of our DNA. Flexible working hours give you the freedom to fit personal appointments, family commitments or your morning workout into your day. Customer appointments are predictable and can be planned in advance.
  • Professional development & certifications:
Vendor training (e.g. Microsoft, Dell, HP and Lenovo), technology certifications (e.g. Azure, Microsoft, Fortinet and Sophos), plus hands-on mentoring from our senior colleagues. You choose what you need to develop further.
  • Health & fitness:
JobRad and EGYM Wellpass for staying active. A treadmill to help you keep moving while you work. Darts, a games console and table football for a change of pace during breaks.
  • Team spirit:
Our team of around 60 people – plus our office dogs – is at the heart of what makes SBIT a great place to work. Teamwork and respect are core parts of our values. We also regularly get together for team lunches, pizza or BBQs.
  • Equipment & flexibility:
Look forward to modern hardware, a home-office setup, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioned office.
